If you are looking for a very caring, loving home for your loved one, this is the place. My Mom has been at Enchanted for a few years and the way they take care of her is amazing. They truly love their residents. They cook homemade meals and show love to all. I feel my Mom is very blessed to be there!

What a difference great leadership makes! I’ve had my grandmother at Enchanted Assisted Living for six years now. Two years ago, we were seriously considering moving her because of declining care and communication. I’m so thankful we waited. The new management change this past year has been transformative. Anca and her incredible staff are truly a breath of fresh air. The improvement has been remarkable. My grandmother’s health is noticeably more stable, her mood is brighter, and she genuinely feels cared for every single day. The team communicates beautifully — they keep me well informed and quickly reach out whenever there’s any change or if my assistance is needed. It’s clear they put genuine care and compassion ahead of profits. In a world where that’s increasingly rare, Enchanted stands out. If you’re looking for a place that truly values its residents and their families, this is it. Highly recommend!

This assisted living home is so welcoming. The staff are amazing caring people who keep you updated on your family's care. They host regular music and holiday events for residents. I am sooo happy my granny is getting such good care. I hope they are around when I need assisted living.

An Enchanted Assisted Living is wonderful! I personally know the owner and can honestly say they have been providing the best care services for many years. The staff is caring and professional, and they truly treat residents like family. The home is beautiful and always clean. It is, without a doubt, the best assisted living home I have ever seen in Surprise, AZ. Highly recommended!
