My mom loves living here! She has met wonderful people both residents and staff. I have peace of mind knowing she is safe and can rely on the Medical Team for health emergencies. The environment is very nice. Maintenance does a great job keeping up with the building and apartment needs. Her apartment is cozy and comfortable. Whenever she needs anything, maintenance accommodates requests in a timely manner.

I’ve performed (music) for the residents here several times, and everyone seems very happy! I love to see the wide range of weekly events that keep residents active from Live Music and themed Jeopardy to Holiday parties. The staff is great and has always been very accommodating! Rachel has been extremely helpful and the residents absolutely love her! Very nice and inviting facility.

The community relations director, Rachel was FANTASTIC!!! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the aging community, supportive during a difficult transition, and up lifting for a better tomorrow!!! The Riverview facility was bright, fresh, and inviting. Rachel did a great job showcasing all the amenities available to the residents. Every staff member greeted me with a smile and the residents I encountered looked happy and peaceful. Thanks, Rachel!!!

Loveeee Rachel, She definitely made the transition for my grandma a lot smoother and more comfortable moving in American House. If I have any questions about anything I know I can give her a call and they’ll be answered without hesitation! Definitely a place you should look at if you’re thinking of moving a loved one into a facility. I’m at ease knowing wonderful people work at Riverview. Definitely worth a Tour !!!
