I highly recommend American House Memory Care. From the caregivers to the Executive Director, I have been impressed by how engaged the entire team is and how genuinely they care about the residents and their well-being.<br><br>No community is perfect, and what matters most to me is knowing that the people caring for my loved one are attentive, responsive, and willing to communicate with me. I feel comfortable reaching out when I have questions or concerns, and I appreciate that the team listens, communicates, and works with me to make sure my loved one is well cared for.<br><br>Teddy was especially wonderful during the process of finding the right memory care community. She was incredibly thorough and patient while we were interviewing and considering different communities. She took the time to answer all of our questions, never made us feel rushed, and helped make what can be a very difficult decision feel much easier.<br><br>Memory care requires compassion, patience, communication, and trust, and I have experienced all of those things at American House. I’m grateful for the care they provide my loved one and would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a place for someone they love.

My mother was moved in to American House at the end of 2024 due to stage four dementia and malnutrition. She has thrived while living in American House. She is extremely happy living there and has made some friends that she really likes while living there. As her daughter, I appreciate the care she gets, the balanced meals and the cleanliness. The staff and caregivers are always friendly and very nice to family and to my mom. I love the activities that she gets to partake in. She gets confused very easily and I like the smaller size of American House where it’s not so easy for her to get lost and more confused. My family is treated like family there and always makes to feel welcome.

We have been so pleased with the care American House has provided for our dad. They have been attentive, caring, and helpful. Regular activities for the residents are scheduled, and the food has been excellent. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed the family nights! It has been a great relief for us to spend time with dad and know that when we leave, he is in a safe, clean, and caring environment.

Our family has had a wonderful experience at American House Murfreesboro. The staff is kind, attentive, and truly cares about the residents. They made my mom’s transition smooth and have treated her with dignity and compassion every day.<br><br>The community is clean, welcoming, and offers great activities that keep her engaged and happy. Most importantly, we have peace of mind knowing she is safe and well cared for. I highly recommend American House Murfreesboro!

My 86 year old husband was admitted to American House ,memory care unit,on 11-10-25. I paid over $9,000, which included a 30 day supply of medicine and a $2,000 deposit.<br>He was there less than 2 days, and was admitted back to the hospital in Woodbury. When I was informed he was not eligible to return to their facility, I asked for a reasonable return on monies paid and was informed they would crunch the numbers. I was offered $500.00 dollars. This was an insult. I reported this to the State Ombudsman . I am awaiting for a resolution.<br>Ruby Mina<br><br>My issue has been resolved.
