I was there today for a visit. About 10 memory care people out in front of the dining room, not a caregiver in sight for 40 minutes. This was around 11 today. Lunch is usually at 11:30 but almost noon before they were given anything. The women that have to be fed had a plate set in front of them. No one to help. One lady I talk with was missing. I went to her room. She was laying on her bed. Had not had breakfast or lunch. She said no one would come in to help her. I tracked down a male caregiver. He said she refused breakfast and lunch, he took her blood pressure and she was fine. No, she was not. Since they changed owners people best be checking up on the residents.

My mom is now a very happy resident of Traditions of Mill Creek. We looked at many facilities in our surrounding area, and there are a lot of good places. However, Traditions is THE place for her. The time of transition for anyone moving from living alone to a IL/AL facility is complicated and hard - such change. Suzanne and the staff at Traditions have helped immensely, and are just plaIn good people. I was so worried that my mother would have a hard time with this transition, but that was needless. She loves it there, and so far everyone is so very nice and helpful. Every time I go there to visit her I feel like this was the right decision - and so does she (which is HUGE). If your family are looking for a IL/AL facility I highly recommend you visit Traditions of Mill Creek and talk to Suzanne.

The residents were very happy to be there and it was decorated beautifully for Christmas.. Cindy was very pleasant and informative.
