My mother used them for her needs and was so caring, that was over 15 years ago, fast forward to the present, now I needed their services, they're still very caring and really quick with supplies. It's hard these days to get such great customer service, that's why I chose American Home Patient!

The automated phone system is terrible. There's no way to leave a voicemail directly with the person I'm trying to reach. I was given extension numbers for the people I'm trying to reach but I can't reach them. I end up speaking with SOMEone, SOMEwhere but have no idea if I'm even talking to someone in the office I've been connected to.

People at the store are very helpful but there are not enough of them. It took forever to get connected on the phone and then it was to an answering service that was HORRIBLE. Could not understand a word the girl answering said - garbled and very soft.
