I started with just recently but the office staff and the representative Mr Jim Cornelius is a great rep he has been very helpful and friendly and caring he makes sure that you have all you need and makes everything easy and explains everything and will answer any questions you may have great service

Working with American home patient was not going well until I met lori. Once I got with her she solved all of my problems. She is the kind of employee that every company would love to have. She took a personal interest in helping me solve my issues. Thank you again Lori.

American Home Patient is a wonderful place to get Cpap machines and/or supplies! The staff Mrs. Keela and Mrs. Lori are very polite and down to earth. They made my husband and I feel so comfortable and made us feel like we have known them for years. Laughing and joking with them was wonderful. There patience and knowledge of the supplies you need is great. I had to change out my mask for the Cpap machine and Mrs. Keela let me exchange it out with no problem and very helpful in helping me find what would help me and make me comfortable. Thank you Mrs. Keela and Mrs. Lori for making me feel comfortable and yalls sense of humor is wonderful. Keep up the great work!

A big shout out to Keela and Lori at American Home Patient in Waycross. My CPAP machine broke and these two women did everything to escalate getting a replacement machine. From dealing with my doctor’s office and getting the information they needed to spending over two hours on the phone with my insurance company to get the Prior Authorization approved I would recommend using this office 100%.

Working with American Home Patient located in Waycross Georgia was a nightmare until I got with Lori. She was amazing!!!!! She stayed with my problem until it was fixed. She was patient with all the billing problems and answered the phone every time I called. She made everything better!!!!
