Vitality Living Frederica is an assisted living and memory care community located in St Simons Island, Georgia, situated mid-island across from Sea Palms Golf Course. The community is specially designed to provide comfort and care to seniors who may need extra assistance with activities of daily living or help with cognitive challenges, with a dedicated team and skilled nurses committed to resident safety and wellbeing.

The community offers both Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Assisted Living residents receive support with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, and eating while maintaining autonomy over their day. Memory Care is specialized residential care for those with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other forms of memory loss, providing around-the-clock care and everyday enrichment activities to support cognitive function. All care team members complete a mandatory 30-day, 60-day, and annual training program covering areas such as resident rights, dementia training, resident care, and HIPAA.
