Administration horrid! Never contacted medical proxy or power of attorney with regard to ANYTHING! Pushed narcotics to make patient sleep! Made patient believe they couldn't have tylenol! Drew unnecessary labs not ordered by primary doctor. Denied oxygen despite dr orders! My mother lost years of memories!!!

Mom was brainwashed into believing she couldn't take tylenol and only narcotics! also brainwashed my mother into poor wound care procedures. Mom refused colloidal bandages (faster healing and microbial protection) and demanded scratchy gauze that sticks in the wound!! I am fully trained in wound care up to and including level 3 ulcers! Also refused her oxygen at night despite her doctor's orders!

Ambassador feels like home to both me and my daughter; in all the time I spent there, there wasn’t a single day that I regretted it. If it weren't for my husband's job transfer, I never would have trusted anyone else with my child the way I trust the staff at Ambassador. The nurses here are neither discriminatory nor dismissive—they are so full of love. At least for those who were caring for my daughter: Ashley, Maggie, Kim, Heather, Mike, Saranya, and everyone who attended to Inara, I love you all so much and I appreciate you deeply. ❤️❤️❤️ How I wish everybody from other facility act like Ambassador staff.

I’m sure this facility is as good as folks say it is; my one star rating is for the exchange I had with their Admissions person, who was short, exasperated, and fairly negative, overall. I’ve called and spoke with many skilled nursing facilities to get information re: placement, and people have generally been helpful and understanding. Tanya spoke to me like I was ignorant and a bit of a nuisance. I was sorry to have interrupted her day and bothered her, as she clearly didn’t have time for me.

My mother spent two months at Ambassador Health Center for rehabilitation following a stroke. I was very pleased with how they treated her. The staff members were kind and demonstrated sincere compassion for my mother at a difficult time. The food was excellent. The physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy staff were very knowledgeable and professional. I attribute much of my mother‘s recovery to their efforts. The Nursing staff was very responsive to my mother’s complicated medical needs. The social worker and Administrator we also very responsive to my requests on my mother’s behalf.I recommend Ambassador Health Center to anyone in need of rehabilitation services for themselves or a loved one.
