Absolutely terrible home health service ! I have a venous leg ulcer for almost 3 years JPS wound clinic has ONLY MADE WORSE that amazing grace home health came out to clean and bandage and only made worse. I sat in a recliner and continued to ask if I need not to prop my leg up in order for the man to clean and bandage it and was told no that it was fine to continue to hold it up in the air. He then very briefly cleaned it, then put raw gauze DIRECTLY on the opened ulcer with cleaner in it and wrapped it up ! The instructions are to use vasoline around the sore then a NONSTICK BANDAGE !! I asked about it, and was reassured it WAS a nonstick bandage. Well, it took me four days of soaking for over an hour to finally have to rip it off piece by piece that was stuck into my ulcer. Absolutely terrible service. Attached are photos of before and after JPS wound clinic as well as after the home health care amazing grace that JPS sent to me.
