Worst agency I've ever dealt with. They will throw you under the bus after they've used you for everything they can. The original owner and founder of this agency is one of the most dishonest people I know. I would avoid using them and look for another agency.

They are just like everyone else, communication skills need improved upon. I wish so bad, people could actually work for the client instead of the Nurses only.
