I was referred to Mary Ann Cambriello and her agency by a neighbor who had a need for their services when my mom had a stroke in November 2019. Though not debilitating, Mom was no longer able to drive and was having trouble with stamina to get through her self care day in and day out. My initial call to Mary Ann was answered immediately. She offered valuable insight and total reassurance in her ability to offer the proper support. Mary Ann outlined which services her agency offers and explained with detail the thorough screening of her staff members. Mary Ann was able to assess Mom's needs during her initial visit, got a handle on what her mild limitations were and how she and her agency would be able to supplement Mom's care. In the end, it was my mom who decided she would focus on rehabilitation to gain back her independence rather than having someone on site to help her with those tasks. Mary Ann was supportive of our decision and only too happy to have us return should our circumstances warrant. I highly recommend Mary Ann Cambriello and her agency for home health care. She is on top of this industry, offers exceptional support and has a wealth of knowledge that is needed to guide her perspective clients to make an informed decision. I love alzheimer's and dementia care they go above and beyond for there caregivers and clients, what I love the most is that they are very professional and caring ...I am a current caregiver here and jenny is a sweet heart very loving and understanding they have a lot of work and keep me busy ..

MaryAnn Ciambriello was recommended to me by a friend when my mom was fighting cancer. My mother was in the hospital and her actions were speaking louder than her words. She was done. Palliative care would be next. I was overwhelmed, emotional, confused and had no idea what to do. I called MaryAnn and left a message on a weekend day. She call ed me bachkwithin an hour or 2 - even though she had company and was swimming. MaryAnn is very task oriented and spoke to me for a 1.5 at least. She said by the time we hang up you will have a plan and you will breathe a sigh of relief - what she may not know is that I sighed at lest 3 times during the conversation she has a way of listening and getting you to focus when you may not be able to. My mom did come home and MaryAnn suggested Caring Hospice as well. She got on the phone with me with the hospital and hospice to coordinate things. She was there every step of the way - even when it was 2 days notice that I need 24 hour care 7 days a week, she sent her team of wonderful aides and as my mother worsened - reevaluated the care she would need. Jennie was also a wonderful help to me as the months we thought turned into only 10 days, their support emotionally as well as with my mother's home care made a very difficult situation a whole lot more manageable. I will be forever grateful. I would recommend them. Donna Palucci
