This company is the least ethical and competent home health nursing provider in Ohio. They started to provide wound care to my sister , a wound that could fit more than 2 softballs. They called to confirm they would arrive for their 4th visit the day before but then the clinical director , called 20 minutes before the visit when the wound vac was to be changed and said they were not coming. Told my sister a ridiculous lie about why they were stopping care and told her she was on her own and go have me, a non medical professional , change the wound vac. This all happened after the previous nurse came 2 days prior, treated my sister poorly, without dignity , was very rough, left her in pain and crying as the nurse shoved her phone in my sisters face asking her to sign for the visit and walked out the door., all the while complaining she did not have time to be there. This company is dangerous , without ethics, are reckless with their care, care very little for their patients and have zero integrity. Had it not been for the surgeon’s office , my sister would have ended up in the emergency room in the height of a pandemic. exposed to covid and risking her health even more. They should not be certified to practice !!

Alternative HC Services are the VERY BEST Organizations I'm working with!!! My husband has Stage 3 Lung, Brain and Spine Cancer's and they've been Wonderful working with a Loving Person but seems to me he's giving up and the STAFF'S CONTINUING to come to work with him is Amazing. I'd like to mention names: Gail the Nurse has explained to me everything I asked her and didn't ask about Alternative HC Services and beyond the Services in detail, Ashley, Danielle, Lindsay, Tom, Betsy, Brian, Lacresha, Heather, Bill, Patsy, Rachel, Teresa, and Brad they've ALL DONE AN OUTSTANDING JOB, I FEEL THE LOVE AND COMPASSION &, CONTINUED CONFIDENCE IN THEIR PERFORMANCE!!! I RECOMMEND THIS ORGANIZATION TO ALL WHOM NEED HELP IN A CRISIS SITUATION. THANKS AGAIN FOR A JOB WELL DONE ❤❤❤🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾💯💯💯

Agency did not call or show up for first appointment. I would prefer another provider whom I can trust with health issues!
