This facility is clean if nothing else. The staff is extremely nice and most are attentive.

As with most jobs, there are those who should find a new line of work. CNA's Tiffany, Ryan, Alexus, and Keisha in the rehab section are true champions. They made my month long stay very doable. A huge THANK YOU to them.

Deepa Patel, the Nurse Practioner, and RN's Pam, Feebie and Grace were super attentive to my medical needs the entire time I was at the facility. A Big THANK YOU to them as well. Case Manager and Social Worker Cassie, is very much a champion for patients. She is Always ready to help. Ruben who is the Asst Admin, is GREAT!!! If you have an issue, he is your contact.

The Physical and Occupational Teams are very much ready to get you moving. Irene, Paulina and Rafa are on point. They do A great job of having you work with a variety of people on staff. Rehabilitation is and remains their goal throughout your stay.

If I had to say things that they could be improved upon , it would be answering the call lights (not unusual for them to ring more than 20 minutes), laundry, supplies and the food.

There was never enough clean linen. Or supplies to use in A patients room. CNAs would have to walk all over just find needed supplies. So, this is an area they could definitely improve in. Especially laundry. Not sure who runs the laundry, but that needs a major improvement.

The absolute worst part of this facility, is the food, hands down. I ordered doordash many times as the food was just that bad. I know they cook for a lot of different diets. But, this food is about as bad as it gets.

Overall, the REHAB is doing what its meant to do. Get you back to a working life. They accomplish this.

My brother and I are residents long term care. Most of the CNAs here are lazy. Food is not that good. They have roaches and ants. Housekeeping is great just at night don’t spill anything because you’ll have to wait a long time if they come at all.

I visited this facility back in September for my work as a hospice chaplain, and was impressed by the care I witnessed. During my time there, I observed the social work team demonstrating patience and empathy. They practiced active listening with residents, never rushing, and genuinely prioritizing the stories and needs of the people they cared for. It was an example of compassionate, patient-centered care.

Terrible horrible care. They do not take care of the elders, my relative got sepsis and UTIs because they do not change the seniors diapers. They ignore the call light for hours while the senior citizens are waiting to be helped. My relative has fallen out of the bed multiple times because they do not answer call lights to help them. The staff does not care they do not like their job. Not to mention all the clothes come up missing and was never found again! It’s heart breaking these people don’t care about the residents, these are our family members that we love!!! Shame on them and God will question you

Let me start by thanking the entire staff at Alta Rehab. Of Fairmont for caring for me enough that I was physically able to return home. Predominately all of my nurses were fantastic. I chose this care facility because I had knowledge of their OT/PT program. The therapists I was assigned did not disappoint they truly helped me to improve. I was impressed with just about everyone from the admission coordinator to the custodial and laundry staff. The handling of transportation to and from outside doctors/clinical appointments needs a great deal of work.
