I stayed at the grove and found that every inch of my room was covered in fecal matter. I had to bleach the room myself. the medical staff almost killed me making critical mistakes with my medication. I noticed the nurses were selective of who they checked for bed sores. A neighboring tenant broke into my room in the night and went unpunished. They violated 17 of my patient rights while I stayed there including opening my mail and not allowing me to vote on voting day. there were no amenties to speak of. the website said there was a salon but theres just a janitor with rusty clippers.

I can't say enough positive things about the staff here, especially Gloria, Veronica, Olayinka, Chris, Guillen, and Mercy. Their pleasant and professional manner makes my experience here extremely bearable. Ron, Joseph, Amanda, Miriam, and the other therapists are very encouraging and uplifting in their work, which makes therapy seem like less of a chore.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Danial Parker (Admissions Director) and with Ms. Firdous Ahmad (CNA) at The Grove of Evanston and I found them both to be of utmost skills, abilities, friendly and supportive attitude & professionalism in their respective fields. I congratulate both of them for being of such great value and assistance to their clients and for being exemplary team members of the organization. I hope my appreciation goes far beyond a casual overview is added to their annual performance reports for their promotions and rewards. Well done Danial & Firdous, keep up the good work always. Thank you & Happy Thanks Giving...
