The team here is incredible. Their compassion and dedication is evident in the care they deliver and in the work they put in every day. Transition to long-term care, whether for short or long stays, can be daunting for residents and families. The organization invests in comprehensive supports and resources for the team to ensure the highest quality of care for the residents and promotes supportive collaboration with the families. I would absolutely recommend this place to a loved one

Won't tell my grandpa why the oxygen is in his room and when I asked they said they cant tell me because im not the power of attorney i said ok you can tell my grandpa he is the one wondering and they said no so they wont even tell there patients what treatment they are getting. Also my grandpa's blood sugar was 275 and they were not worried about it at all wouldn't even come check it and give him insulin so I called the ambulance and they kicked me out for doing so and telling me I dont have the right to call the ambulance this place does not care about the pepole just the money.do your research on this place before bringing your loved ones here multiple fines and penalties over the last 2 years for improper care and giving the wrong medicine to patients

We were told they knew how to take care of people who had strokes and dementia. My mom was very confused, she didn't even make it in the door and they sent her to the hospital and they refused to take her. All the hospital did was give her medicine and sent her back to the old nursing home, they didn't even try. So disappointing they only deal with thoes things if your loved one is perfect and quite.
