A very bad experience with this agency. The hospital arranged the service with them, and they turned out to be very unprofessional. Initially, a nurse showed up, and I didn't fully understand what service she would provide. Later, they explained that the medical insurance didn't cover their services, but they still sent another nurse who was very unprofessional. So, they returned the next day to show her what she should do. They were supposed to provide me with service every three days, and when I contacted them to let them know I had already used my three days, the response was always the same: their insurance doesn't cover it. It seems their interest in payment was more than providing medical service, and to this day, they don't know if I'm okay because they never contacted me again. I felt helpless, without guidance or support. I believe that this type of profession should have a certain level of human decency because I'm currently suspended, and I felt abandoned. For me, it was a terrible service. I just hope no one else has this experience. It's sad that on top of dealing with unwanted health situations, we have to deal with staff who have this kind of mindset instead of working together and helping each other, patients and professionals alike. But I had to manage everything alone under a lot of stress and fear because I couldn't follow the surgeon's recommendations and was at risk of having a breakdown. My recommendation to agencies is that they should know what kind of medical services and insurance coverage a client will have before accepting a case, so they don't have to go through the kind of experience I had. It's really difficult, and I'm sorry to hear about the reality of our lives.
