My Mother in Law was here in memory care for a year. We could not be happier with her care! The people that work here are wonderful people who truly treat the residents with respect and love. This is one of the hardest jobs ever and they are amazing. They have great activities for the residents, good food and a clean facility. This is hard but I am so thankful we found All Saints!! Thank you to all the wonderful people who work here!!!

My mom is currently in Memory Care and has been there since January, I will admit I was uneasy at first because of her condition and not really able to fend for herself. But I visit almost everyday and I am blown away with how much care and love the staff have for their residents. They are true angels that help not only my mom but us as well. They are truly amazing and very special and I feel at peace knowing she is being taken care of gently and respectfully. They have the hardest job and they have so much patience and kindness. Again true angels!! Thank you for all you do!

Sadly, I don't have great things to say about this facility. We originally toured 6 months ago and were very excited. We put our relative on the wait list and since then there has been NO COMMUNICATION. I've eMailed the marketing manager twice (cc'd the office manager on my second eMail) and left 3 voice mail messages asking for updates on the wait list and I've never received a reply to my eMails and no return calls. If my relative were living here and this is the type of communication from the staff - I wonder how the rest is managed. PS: I gave one star only because it looks like a beautiful facility and I was praying it would be a good home.

This place needs to be reviewed by authorities. The residents in memory care are treated with such little respect and dignity that it makes me sick to even see. Employees are hired without any training and are extremely understaffed which makes for a chaotic and dangerous environment for vulnerable people to live in. I would never put a relative in all saints as that would be torture in its own right.
