The staff here are very friendly and easy to communicate with. My uncle has been here for a while and it’s been great knowing he is doing better there than some other places. It doesn’t smell either like other places I had been in so that’s a plus for me.

Fantastic facility. They not only provide good healthcare services they also provide their residents with monthly allowance for personal upkeep. My uncle loves it here. Great environment and lovely staff from the administration to the nurses

My mother is a resident at all American village and the care she receives is great. The nursing staff are very supportive and helpful and the food is excellent compared to other nursing homes. This is a good place for a loved one. Thank you to all the staff for their service and support

The worst place anyone could be at called to check up on a friend that lives in that nursing home multiple people called to see how he was doing because we’ve been friends for many years and the nurses and people that work. There are so rude. I can’t believe they would treat people living there so rude and abuse. The people through living there my friend has told me so many times how sad he feels because they treat him so bad.

While it's the last thing most people have stopping them from homelessness, the amount of over medication of (AP) and needless hoops for the residents makes it difficult to suggest. There is very little to negative progress for most residents on easy routine goals like mobility, independence, sobriety, hygiene. Inefficiency and lack of opportunity abound as all things quickly become a game of telephone within the administration, and the fact that S***** died a few weeks ago because it took 18 minutes between being discovered and narcan and compressions. I feel this illustrates that they are very good at minding their regulations but lack any understanding of what the challenges are they face. The food is alright and provides calories but I think we get fresh fruit twice a month. I wouldn't call it nutritious. My complaints come from using canned fruits and vegetables, sauces etc. I've worked in kitchens, it wouldn't take much to improve residents health with all the nutrients in real ingredients. With good behavior, receiving $30 a month is not sufficient for even general supplies.
