Alicks has been so wonderful and helpful to my dad and his oxygen needs. They delivered back up oxygen during a huge storm and power outage quickly. We highly recommend them to anyone with health needs!

Life savers! We were visiting from Georgia and my nebulizer solution holder broke and Alick’s saved the day! The ladies up front were super nice, helpful and it was a great experience! Thank y’all!

2 hours before my appointment they called me telling me that had a emergency for hospice and had to reschedule my CPAP appointment. If you are going to have emergency you need more staff to cover those emergency’s. You have a commitment to your appointments. I just transition work shifts now making twice as difficult for my schedule now I have to continue to not breath well or not at all at night. Due to your staffing problems and lack of commitment.

Tim was amazing. He was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable about the C-Pap and insurance, and he really helped us make an informed decision. Nancy took care of the financial side. She let us know how insurance usually works when you reorder supplies and have is a small cheat sheet I can keep with my phone. She was absolutely delightful! An overall great experience!!
