Nobody cares here, and they're only shaping up because they were recently shut down. Everyone who has worked here more than 6 months should be charged with neglect, at the very least. Keep your people away from here if you can. Ive seen my share of care homes and this place broke my heart

Horrible 😞 my father in law was placed here after a stroke. He shared a room and on several occasions we’d come visit and his roommate had peed himself, there would urine all over the floor that of course would go to my FIL side of the room. You could smell it from down the hallway! I’d have to literally argue with the nurses to do their job! Let’s not forget shower days! They’d skip his shower days and lie saying it wasn’t his shower day! Jokes on them because we kept track of EVERYTHING! They also forgot to feed him! Mind you, at this time he was on a feeding tube !!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS FILTHY PLACE !

My brother is there for wound care and they are not consistent in his everyday care. They hit and miss cleaning and dressing it many times, and they use his special bandages on other clients they have. So he runs out and cant get his wound done correctly. His wounds are not healing as fast because of their neglect. Becareful sending your love one there.

The first six months after a stroke are the most important. If anything is going to come back it’s within those first six months. I feel like this place does the bare minimum. No therapy no nothing. If you have a loved one that needs help please do not take them here if you don’t have to. There are two nurses that actually care. You have a job like this to take care of people…if you don’t want to help people choose another job. Can’t wait to get loved one out of there so we can help her. She had Dr. appointments and she was late mind you she can’t take herself or talk to communicate. Second appointment missed too. Have to reschedule again. I feel like they just want to get paid. Deanna sucks.

Reception & Staff very nice & helpful. My sis and the residents she hangs with in the rec room are all so sweet and helpful , as well. Past medical personnel here and I found the place to smell just like any other sub-acute/residential facility. Like medicine, patients and cleanser. Not horrible at all. They may be coming too early after a long nite of incontinent patients and walking past wet bedding etc... Myself, I was totally reassured that my sis was getting the attention she requires and she seems very happy here.
