I really like this facility they have been so kind and helpful. Celeste from social services is a beautiful angel that has been very sweet and wonderful with helping me and my personal needs. I would come back 100,%

Awesome place to staff awesome as well as administration staff recommend crystalcreek is awesome got me up and walking

While the staff were very friendly and accommodating, my aunt came back from this place worse off. She went to recover from a broken shoulder and came back unable to walk and we had to call the hospital for her once again. They seem very lax on the therapy side of things and from talking to my aunt, she only got exercises a couple times a week. No doctor ever talked to her personally about her needs and because of that I feel like her care was ignored.

Hi, I figured this review was necessary so Crystal Creek can do some internal analysis on how they treated my grandfather. My grandfather had a stroke was discharged from the hospital to this facility. Late at night it was reported that he could potentially have buildup in his lungs that could cause issues. Instead of addressing this issue with hospitalization or medication they decided to wait until morning. That morning my grandfather died. I fortunately had the opportunity to visit him a few days prior to his death and I was very disappointed with the conditions of the facility. I remember telling a friend shortly after how “janky” the facility was. It was disorganized and crowded and clearly didn’t have enough staff to properly tend to all its patients. There was an elderly lady who was wheelchair bound weeping in the hallway next to the nurse station and no one provided her care. My grandfathers room had a second patient which a nurse confused for my grandfather. I’m writing this review because someone died, due to poor decisions at the hands of the clinic. We chose this clinic because of its good reviews and upon further review they all appear to be forged and not real which is a stunning discovery. I hope this clinic can do enough internal analysis to ensure another patient doesn’t lose their life in this facility.
