I couldn't Believe, the many NEGATIVE comments left about this Alden Manor.. and, at the same time felt much Gratitude, that the only, issues I've had were with the High Level Execs, Never returning my calls or emails in a Timely manner if, at All!! I have Never, Ever, Smelled, Urine in the hallways nor in My Loved One's Room!
My Loved One & Self, are Very Fortunate, that they're are people whom, work there that go that extra mile when it's Not, their in job description! These individuals clearly, have INTEGRITY and Genuine Passion for what they do!
Millie, is one the the Main individuals, who, has Always, gone above and beyond to get things done. I was soooo.. Elated, when she had come back after a medical leave..Others included Nurse Nancy, Wound Care Eillen & Jaime, Tish Sherry & Carlos, Physical & OPT, Natalie-SS Ray & The Maintenance Crew, Marta & other CNA's... I APPRECIATED THEM ALL!! PEOPLE LIKE THE ABOVE MENTIONED ARE WHAT MAKES A GOOD FACILITY

This place is terrible. Staff is careless and does not care about patients here. I even overheard a worker yelling at a patient about them calling them in their room too much. Thank God my father is out of that place. Their Medicaid reimbursement specialist, Barb, made this experience even worse. She constantly harassed about billing and threatened to kick my dad out knowing he needed the care. She was just awful and ignorant. Don’t send your loved ones here.

Listen, I am not saying this place is perfect but it’s 1000x better than the other ones my mom has lived in. It doesn’t smell, the people are nice and the facilities are honestly top notch for the industry. Feels like a decent hotel/hospital. It’s not a Hilton but it’s not a Supper 8. I’d say it’s like a Hilton Garden inn or Hampton inn.

This facility is extremely nice. The food is good with better options that my mom really likes. The environment is beautiful, clean, and pretty quiet. This is the third facility my mom has been to, and it is significantly better than the previous two. She is in long term care and moved here to be closer to us. We were pleasantly surprised at the differences we have seen. I am also surprised that the reviews/ratings are not higher.

Didn't want to give it any stars but then I couldn't say what I need to say about this place. 1 I was there after surgery cause my family wanted me there instead of going to my place which I should have, 1st night I was there on the 3rd floor I woke up with someone standing at the foot of my bed, then they moved me to another room finally had privacy, didn't last long they moved me to another room with a roommate (great guy),they told me my insurance will be paying for my stay as long as I was in therapy, I was there for a little more than 2 months. Christmas till the 3rd of March when I found out they took my social security check, I drove myself home. 2 they gave me false information saying they were going to help me get Medicaid so i can stay longer and had me sign papers if i would have known they were goin to take my SSDI check i would have never signed. 3 they never took me to my appointments I drove myself or paid for it 9n my own, even though they had transportation but it was always down when I needed to go, all the other rehabs took me to my appointments. 3 when I wanted to take a shower they never gave me what I needed to take my shower. 4 now they are wanting me to pay them after they took my money from SSDI. 5 u dont want me to tell u about what they did to my mom there. I dont give a care what happens after they see this but im not going to back down
