We were so nervous to take my mother to the place . And we are so relieved to know she is getting cared for . The staff is amazing and she loves her friends there and really enjoys the food . We are very thankful for the memory care director as well . The facility is always clean and well taken care of . We are thankful!

The Memory Care Unit at Alden Estates of Naperville, headed by Kayla Doran, has given me peace about my mom being properly cared for. Every staff person I encounter knows my mom and can offer thoughtful details about her actives or care. I am very grateful to the entire staff.

If you need a facility for your loved one, Alden Estates in Naperville is where you should check. The management and staff in the long term memory care unit went over and above to care for my husband during his last few weeks. It made it easier for me to bear the devastating loss.

Terrible care. Unfriendly Nurses. Barely any working equipment. I made a report which was determined "invalid" so now I'm telling anyone who will listen NOT to place a loved one in any Alden facilities! Admission person Oshi made promises which weren't kept. I had to call 5 times to speak with someone then I got hung up on twice. 5 days with absolutely no hygiene or peri care. Coccyx wound was treated 2 out of 5 days and it was supposed to be done daily. This facility makes me wish I wasn't a Nurse myself, and will advocate for every patient I come across to ensure they are not placed there! Two thumbs WAY DOWN for Alden of Naperville!!👎🏽👎🏽
