I would like to share my experience with this facility during my father’s three-week stay for rehabilitation. First and foremost, I was genuinely impressed with the level of care provided by the nursing staff. The nurses are among the best I have encountered in a long-term care setting (Heidi, Leonard, and night nurse Sandrine? to name a few). They demonstrated professionalism, compassion, attentiveness, and strong clinical knowledge throughout his stay. The CNAs were also commendable, with several who went above and beyond in their care and kindness (especially Jennifer). Their dedication did not go unnoticed and was greatly appreciated by our family. The Physical Therapy team was excellent. The therapists were engaged, supportive, and focused on helping residents make measurable progress. I felt confident in the rehabilitation services provided, and for short-term rehab needs, I would highly recommend this facility. That said, there are areas where the facility falls short, particularly regarding daily engagement and overall resident experience. The meals could be improved, especially considering the significant monthly cost associated with staying here. Nutrition and meal quality are important aspects of recovery and long-term care, and there is room for enhancement. Additionally, the lack of meaningful activities for residents was concerning. After breakfast, residents often participated in coloring before physical therapy. While well-intentioned, this activity frequently left residents sleepy and not in an optimal state for therapy sessions. Beyond that, the only other activities I observed were residents sitting in a room watching television. Many residents were either alone in their rooms or seated near the nurses’ station for extended periods. The facility has a beautiful central common area that, unfortunately, appears to be largely underutilized. In the three weeks my father was there, I only saw it used once for a family gathering, and staff confirmed it is rarely used. Given the space available, there is significant opportunity to create more stimulating, structured, and engaging programming for residents. In summary, I would strongly recommend this facility for short-term rehabilitation due to the excellent nursing care and therapy services. However, for long-term residency, while the clinical care is solid, there is a clear need for more consistent daily engagement, structured activities, and enrichment opportunities to support residents’ overall well-being and quality of life.

My Father is very Happy lately!!
I must say if you bring things to their attention they will fix it!!.. I dont think i expect too much...I do expect for people to make my Father as comfortable as they can while God has him on this planet...They arent resonsible to ectend his stay or make it extravagant for him ... but for the amount of money they charge compared to other facilifies I do expect a Certain level of Professionalism, I expect his room and body to be clean without having to be reminded, some socialization and healtjy activities and to fed food that is healthy and true to his health needs and these needs are being met...He seems to be HAPPY, THEREFORE SO AM I!!!!
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!! !
