I just want to say thank you to Mrs. Jennifer firstly. She was so helpful when we were needing rehab for my mother, she went above and beyond and showed empathy when we needed it the most, checked on not only my mom but me as well the whole stay. The whole staff were very nice and we got mom back home walking independently now. Thank you again Alcoa pines, you helped my mom more than you will ever know.

Well this review is a little more somber ad personal. My dad is here at the end of his life. He is comfortable. The hospice care that has been given to him has been good. The nurses that dealt with daddy are very professional and also very personable. They care about what they do. They understand the importance of this stage of life for the patient and for the family. I would like to thank the hospice team and the techs and nurses that have tended to my daddy! Unbelievably the hardest expected thing a person can deal with. Thank you Alcoa pines for the care you have given.

Everyone at Alcoa Pines has been so helpful. They have all shown compassion and patience through the process of getting my dad admitted to the facility. Jennifer is incredible! She has gone above and beyond to make this transition as smooth as possible. She listened to all of our concerns and did everything possible to help. She is very personable and easy to talk to. I feel like I’ve know here forever.

First of all I would like to thank your administration lady named Jennifer . She was absolutely amazing in our transfer from another rehab facility that we were not happy with. She went above and beyond to help us get to Alcoa pines . Secondly , all the staff that helped my mom were great , Especially Patrice, Courtney , Laura, rob,Tiffany, and kara . There were many more but I didn’t get all there names . Shelton who checked with us everyday to make sure that we were getting everything we needed . My mom has special needs and everyone was very helpful with those . The food was good and my mom actually gained a little weight while she was there . So in closing , this experience was the best we could have asked for. We were treated like family . Thanks to all the staff who made that possible.
