Suzette and her staff at Southern Charm made a warm, safe and loving home for my 98 yr old mother. We had to quickly move her after it was determined mom no longer qualified for her facility. Looking back, my only regret is that I did not place mom under Suzette's care sooner. From my vast experience with facilities in elder care - there is no doubt that Southern Charm has the finest quality home along with the best technology and communication ability. While these are all important factors beyond the logistics, the staff are dedicated, gentle and heartfelt. A couple of nurses at the previous facility heard that I had chosen Southern Charm. They had worked for Suzette and were quick to comment that she is the real deal - she is the best - and they were right! After the move Mom immediately relaxed and became happy because she knew her every need would be tended to. I am so grateful to these beautiful people who cared for mom.
