A Supportive Home Health Family AIM Home Health is more than just a care provider – they're a true community and extended family. From the moment I first contacted them, specifically speaking with Brandis, I felt an immediate sense of warmth and hope for our family's future. The team's passion goes far beyond traditional healthcare services. What sets AIM apart is their commitment to creating meaningful connections. They don't just provide care; they create experiences that bring families together. Their community events are a testament to this approach – from swim days and roller skating to holiday parties and BBQs, these gatherings are more than just activities. They're opportunities for joy, connection, and building lasting memories. As an employee, I feel honored to be part of an organization that genuinely cares. Watching my children's faces light up during events like bounce house play and face painting reminds me of the human touch that makes AIM special. The team's dedication is evident in every interaction, every event, and every supportive moment. The support AIM provides is continuous and genuine. They've opened numerous possibilities for our family, transforming what could be a challenging journey into an experience filled with positivity, understanding, and hope. For families seeking compassionate home health care, AIM is not just a service – they're a lifeline of support, connection, and community. Highly recommended for families looking for more than just healthcare – a true support system that feels like family.

AIM has been more than what I ever expected. I became a part of the AIM family last year after my son was born with a rare genetic disorder. They are more than just people who work there, they have all turned into family. I know we can rely on them all for anything we may need. They all care about my son as much as I do and I wouldn't go to anyone else for my sons care, ever!!! Thank you, AIM. No one can ever touch your standards you've set

I have never personally used your services, but a very good friend of ours recently switched to you guys and he couldn't be happier! I have seen for myself how professional and caring your people are! Our friend can be a bit cantankerous at times, but your staff is very patient and helpful. Thanks for all you do!

Yes. AIM Home Health is a Medicare-certified home health agency, so Medicare Part A or Part B pays in full for skilled nursing, therapy and home health aide visits when a doctor orders them and the patient is homebound. There is no copay for covered home health visits.
For Medicare to pay, yes: a doctor, nurse practitioner or physician assistant must certify that care is needed and sign a plan of care. Families can call the agency first, and the agency will usually contact the doctor to arrange the order. Ongoing help with bathing, meals and companionship is a different service, non-medical home care, which needs no referral.
Submit the Request Information form on this page to connect with AIM Home Health and arrange a tour. Sharing your timeline and care needs up front helps the community prepare for your visit.
