My son was with this company years ago. This is what we were both subjected to. Pay attention especially if you are a single Mom. At the time I was attending U.L. and wanted to take some morning classes but couldn't because if a worker didn't show up I had to be there for my son. So I found out from the OCDD office that they had signed off on something called back up policy which meant when a worker didn't show up someone from the office would. After I brought this up with them it wasn't long before we had a visit from a state worker. She thought I was doing a good job. Something else they did was I requested that a bowel movement log be kept on my son because he had a history of strictures. They gave false information and said that they weren't required to but later I found out they were. Between their neglect and the neglect of two oncologists he now has a colostomy. He also almost died when his resectioning failed. Once when I called to complain because a worker could not be bothered to dress my son after showering him I was fussed for complaining. So he thought it was ok to shave him while he was naked. If the company is ran by the same people and you place your loved one with them in addition to placing them at physical risks you would also be placing their health status at extreme risks because they just don't care. In most states this company would have lost their license but we live in a state that leads in violence against women so Moms are very low on the totem pole. Dedicated to Danny and the month he spent in the hospital fighting for his life. Had to add this, once they sent a lady and I had to accompany them to my son's appointment. Not sure how her vehicle passed inspection because the windshield glass on the passengers side was shattered so I asked her if in order to transport her vehicle had to pass inspection by Ageless and her answer was no.

I have a great case manager (Terrica). Very friendly and always there to help and answer any questions that I have. Great Company to be with!! Would definitely recommend people to get with them for help with services for their family and loved ones.
