⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amelia Manor deserves real credit for the work they’re doing especially when it comes to caring for Deaf and DeafBlind residents. This is not an easy industry. Anyone who understands healthcare today knows the challenge isn’t just operations it’s finding and keeping people who are truly committed to caring for others. That alone makes the level of effort here worth recognizing. What stands out is their willingness to keep improving. They are not standing still. They are actively working to better communication access, engagement, and quality of life for residents who are often overlooked, especially those who are Deaf or DeafBlind. That takes intentional effort, training, and a mindset that goes beyond basic care. Are there challenges? Of course every facility has them. But it’s clear that Amelia Manor is putting in the work to do better, and that matters. Progress over perfection and they are moving in the right direction.
