I have lived at Affinity at Lacey for a year. The staff are amazing! They are very friendly and are there for you whenever you have any questions and/or need assistance. The amenities are overwhelming! They have a beautiful theater, a library, social gathering place(s) and many events. The residents are friendly. The area is safe and is great for getting outside and enjoy a walk or so. My favorite? Their "salt water" swimming pool and jacuzzi! Overall, it's a great place to spend your life in comfort and to know you are well taken care at Affinity at Lacey!

THE ALL INCLUSIVE RESORT STYLE LIFE STYLE We are happy to say that we had a great time at the 55+ Affinity apartment in Lacey, WA, so welcoming and well planned. Special mention of the staff, especially Courtney, who provided excellent follow-up and customer service during our transition from Texas to WA. My husband, myself and many other residents hope she gets the recognition she deserves. The maintenance team, Chris and Ron, are always responsive and act immediately upon any kind of repair request. Not to mention that they carry dog treats for your furry friend! That is unheard of in most apartment communities. Affinity is a place where you will get bored by choice, as there is no shortage of things to do and enjoy. Have a love for woodworking? Then enjoy the well-equipped wood workshop. Wanna work out? Stretch and exercise in the small gym, while you watch your favorite Youtube videos or news. If gardening is you thing, you will find a place to grow your beautiful Summer produce. If socializing is your thing, you cannot miss the Wednesday Happy Hour, or the movie day (with free fresh popcorn), and other complimentary classes and events. We made new friends of all ages and walks of life! Even our dog Oliver met the love of his life in Affinity! (LOL) The apartment complex has all the amenities anyone may wish for, indoor and outdoors. The only thing that is missing is a restaurant and a hair/nail salon, but hey, everything is close by. You can always run to the little store on the first floor to purchase munchies and other basic last minute staples. It is open 24-7 We also loved the dog wash station, pickle ball court, community garden, the beautifully maintained grounds, outdoor lounge and grill, to a pool with a hot tub, towels, and various areas for entertainment and recreation indoors. Invite your family and friends to have a Summer grilling day, or use the large dining room for your private events, all included, no extra charges for the reservations. Also, the large craft room is well stocked with free crafting materials and tools, ideal for almost any craft your heart loves. It seems that quilting is big in this community. There is also a card room, a pool table, gorgeous terrace, etc. The sense of community and happy hour are also great features. I highly recommend to visit the facility and see the place in real life. It’s also convenient that all services are included in one bill. My husband, my dog and myself had great time living there, if only for 6 months, we made new friends, got a lot of free items donated by residents and enjoyed the resort-style living. My favorite were the pool, the woodworking tools and the community garden. Thank you all the people at Affinity for demonstrating what good customer service is. It still exists. Affinity at Lacey really is a wonderful place to live. The staff is excellent! There are many amenities and lots of nice people to socialize with. The only reason I didn’t rate it a “5” was because of the rent increases. It is becoming too expensive for those of us on a fixed income.

I've lived here for about 8 months and feel as if I'd died and gone to heaven. The staff is kindly and helpful. Our new Community Director is accessible, responsive, and creative, coming up with many new activities. It's like living in a resort, surrounded by friendly, civil people. I never thought I would enjoy apartment living, but find that now, after 50 years of home ownership, all the burdens are lifted off and freedom to just live and relax is finally mine. Thank you to Affinity at Lacey!

The staff at Affinity are excellent, very helpful, informative and were flexible when we were delayed for lease signing appointment. Our cat was had issues on the way over here so I called to tell Miles we would be a little late and asked if we could take our cat straight to the apartment and as soon as we arrived. Shanna handed us the key to take her up there right away even before we signed our lease. All the residents we have met are very friendly and we love the atmosphere here. We feel like we are staying at a resort. The maintenance staff is also great, they were able to put up safety bars in the shower for my disabled husband and fixed the few items that needed repairs very promptly. I recommend Affinity at Lacey to anyone wanting a first rate apartment rental.
