Our family is so thankful to know our dad is safe and happy in the care of A Big Heart AFH. We toured their home along with many other homes and A Big Heart was clearly the best choice for our dad. The owners, Benson and Eunice are very caring, experienced, professional and particular about providing the best care. A Big Heart has everything that is important to know our dad is in a safe home with specialized care. They are licensed with the State of Washington, have all safety features and policies in place, personalized care, in incredible care team who is warm and respectful, delicious meals and expertise in memory care. Benson and Eunice suggested we open a group WhatsApp chat to keep in close contact we which really appreciated. We are in touch several times a week and feel so good that we have open communication to keep in close contact with our dad. They send photos of dad´s smiles and always keep us posted on his wellbeing. We also appreciate that the care team has dad on a very healthy schedule getting him up early to enjoy breakfast, spends time in the living room with everyone, exercise and therapy sessions, having lunch and dinner at scheduled times, restroom, medicine and then a good night's sleep. Dad is resting well and is happy in their company and care. We love A Big Heart AFH! The home is immaculate, smells good and is very welcoming. We could not imagine a better place and care team for our dad. Thank you, Benson, Eunice and Sharon.
