My Mom stayed for several weeks after a life changing illness. She was well cared for and received physical therapy, liked the food and everyone that came to visit was impressed. My family will continue to use this facility in the future.

Excellent therapy but the care is otherwise substandard. Call lights are on 10-60 minutes while multiple staff pass by the room ignoring. I hear patients yelling for help bc lights are ignored.

The nurse Yasmeen that was taking care of my mother started with holding a medication my mom takes. This causes her to need more care to clean her up. When I confronted the nurse about my mom getting all meds minus the one, I was told it hasn’t even been24 hours. She’s doesn’t need the medication. She gets it 3-4 times per day depending on how she feels. Joe the nurse got the medication for my mom. Yasmeen proceeded to start crying and state that I was threatening her and the cops needed to be called. Never once did I threaten her. All I stated was if my mom doesn’t receive the care that she needs I will have her transported back to the hospital. I also told her I’m 100% positive you wouldn’t treat your mother this way in a facility. She flipped me off and walked away. Here we are a week later, my mom’s back at the hospital. Receiving better care than this god awful place.

I am disabled and recovering. I went to see a friend, after coming out of Optalis nursing facility a bit ago myself. Aerius has 24 hour access to order and receive food. CNA Gina offered me some ice water and showed me to my friends room. Also told my friend was sleeping. I did see my friend, got compliments from residents on my walker, and ice water to go, as sunny & 88 outside. Very satisfied and pleasant visit.
