Having my grandmother at River Terrace has been one of the best decisions our family has made. The staff truly care about the residents and go out of their way to make them feel comfortable and valued. Tracy and megan in admissions are so amazing and welcoming! The building is always clean and inviting, and there is a genuine sense of community throughout. I never worry when she’s there because I know she’s being well cared for.

Having a loved one in senior care can be difficult, but River Terrace has made the experience so much easier. My grandfather lives there, and I trust the staff completely. They treat him with respect, kindness, and compassion. The building is always clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere is warm and friendly. Knowing he’s safe and cared for means everything to our family.

What stood out most during my tour was how comfortable and happy the residents seemed. The facility was spotless, the staff were welcoming (thank you tracy and megan!) and there was a genuine sense of community throughout the building. I left thinking that I would absolutely trust my own family member here.

I toured Rivergate Terrace and was extremely impressed! Tracy and Megan in admissions were wonderful to work with and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The building was spotless, smelled clean, and had a very inviting atmosphere. I loved seeing residents gathered together enjoying music and socializing. Everyone seemed comfortable and well cared for. It’s clear that a lot of pride goes into maintaining the community and creating a positive environment for residents. Definitely a five-star experience!
