Previously I would have given Advanced Home Care a good review, unfortunately they have recently taken away my aide who has been with me for over 5 years. My aide is honest, caring, compassionate and I see no reason to be without her help. She knows everything I need and how to do it she is very willing and always happy. Now they want me to start over. I don't know what to do. I truly do not want anyone else, I have had substitute aides when mine was on vacation and it was not the same. I'm so, so disappointed and I hope she comes back.

Five stars isn't a high enough rating for Gabrielle and her team at AHCS! From the very 1st phone call with Gabrielle, I immediately recognized my mom was in the best of hands. Gabrielle is an extraordinary professional and quality person. "Good finds good" my dear father always said. No surprise then that Gabrielle found two very lovely and compassionate ladies, both named Maria (both such a fine fit), to help me keep Mom safe and comfortable at home. Gabrielle took the time to listen carefully and knew just what we needed. Sadly, Mom passed away a few months ago, but I will always be grateful to AHCS for helping me keep my promise to my Mom to keep her in her own home (the home she actually was born in 90 years ago) as long as I could...as long as it was safe to do so. Her caregivers helped me to make her final months and her 90th birthday (last May) in her home happy and wholesome and always with dignity. Also, a special thanks to Manager Susan for completing our "A"-team! Our family is forever blessed for knowing Gabrielle, Maria I., Maria L, Susan, and the supporting staff at AHCS.

My five-star rating is well deserved for the care provided to our loved one with Alzheimer's. Our ability to see her thrive in her own home through the in-home services provided to us by Advanced Home Care is a blessing. The many safe and healthy days ahead for our aging loved one, is reassured to us by the wonderful care she receives.

Our family has used Advanced Home Health Care for the past two years and we have been extremely happy with the sensitivity and knowledge of the care givers and the incredible customer service of the administrators. I am delighted to recommend them and want to emphasize how much joy and ease they've brought to my mother and the rest of her family. Having to make these decisions is never easy and rest assured, you'vfe come to the right place.
