I visited the facility today looking for a family member. Beautiful facility, love the feel of "home". Alicia & Kyla were so helpful & kind. Thanks ladies 💜 Weekend staff deserve extra credit, as its time away from their families, while giving compassionate care to others.

I recently spent some time there with a fractured pelvis. This is a nice facility. The physical therapist, occupational therapist and floor staff were very professional. The food and dining hall was very good. I was very happy with my room. I liked how it was a small facility 38 rooms. I highly recommend this facility!!

Dirty pillow cases upon our loved one arriving to room. Found Stains right by head.<br><br>Disgusting - do better. Makes you think if the bedding was even changed

If you want rehab this is the last place you want to go. My husband had knee surgery and went to this place for physical therapy. Using a walker he could walk to the bathroom before leaving the hospital. This nursing home left him in bed and sedated for almost two weeks, even though I told them the only thing he was taking for pain was Tylenol. Finally I told them I was taking him home the next week and they needed to get him on his feet. They told me Medicare would pay for more days. I was like their goal was to get as much money from Medicare as they could instead of focusing on getting my husband on his feet and ready to come hl home.⁰
