I knew something was wrong when the administrator (middle aged white woman) had me sign a bunch of waivers that prevents that place from getting sued. You enjoy taking in profit but clearly can't do right by these patients nor the employees.

Horrific place. Poor care of my mother ( wounds with exposed bone) even possible brain injury in their care. Disorganized, no communication. The list goes on. Always short of staff. Reported to the state and they were citied the same day. Now claiming new owners.

I would like to begin by expressing that our family is very involved when it comes to my grandmother's care. We visit nearly every day and have a camera set up in her room for our peace of mind. The staff at the nursing home genuinely cares for my grandmother; they treat both her and our family with respect and compassion, and she has been able to make this place feel like home.

My mom has Dementia and was having a tough time dealing with her situation. I'm talking about calling 911 6 times a month, and having hearing issues and eye sight problems she refused to address. I brought her to Garland Nursing and Rehab and the care she is receiving is a God send. The staff cares. It is safe, and I don't worry about her when I'm not there. We use to be so scared that she would start a fire without someone with her. Thank you Garland Nursing and Rehab!
