I have been working with AdvanceCare for years. I am honored to be called a team member. They hold me to my word as I hold them to theirs. When there has been issues that need to be address, we have done so at a coinvent time and place for both parties and with the best interest of everyone involved. Thank you AdvanceCare keep up the good work, continue to grow and improve on what you do best. 07/18/2025 I just want to give a 'Job Well Done, Sir' to our new DDA Director Mr. Shelley. You are awesome. I have had many conversations with you, no matter the time or day, about changes and how to deal with different issues about providing the best care possible. You have heard my concerns, issues and always come to the table ready to work on a solution. You Rock!!!

Love the fact that they treat every situation individually rather than being " grouped" into a category. It's like taking your Ferrari to a Ferrari dealership for service rather then taking it to a Chevy dealership!!

AdvanceCare Health Service of BY FAR the BEST Home Healthcare Service Company for you &/or your loved one! I have been a client of AdvanceCare for over 2 years now and I COULDN’T imagine my life without my Healthcare Aide, KIMBERLY 🥰 I was very skeptical at first about having a home health aide after my accident; but unfortunately it was a necessity. My insurance gave me a list of 4 services that were in my area to choose from. I called each service requesting a call back in regard to new client information. AdvanceCare was the only service that had a client representative available to speak with me immediately. They are very knowledgeable & helpful as I explained my needs for a home health aide. I cannot say enough great things about my Aide, Ms. Kimberly. She addresses every need and so much more. She has become a forever part of my family! The Scheduling Coordinator, Nisa, always answers my call when I have questions or concerns & need to make any changes to my Aides schedule. I have to give a big shout out to Ms. Nisa for all her dedication & hard work! Also, Amanda, AdvanceCare’s Client Manager, has played a key role in addressing my needs when Nisa is (rarely) unavailable. I have since referred my mother to switch services to AdvanceCare as well due to the inconsistency of 2 previous Healthcare Service. Let me say, if I trust AdvanceCare with not only myself but also my mother, I believe that says a lot in itself!

My caregiver is just fine She makes me the best biscuits when I ask. They are so buttery good. She keeps me very clean, and my house clean. I’m taken care of real good. I appreciate my care and her concern for me.

This company doesn’t even deserve a one star rating. This company has been servicing my love one since March 2023, none of the caregivers that they have sent have all been adequate. I have not had help for my love one since July 5th. The company does not have an office in Memphis, their communication skills are extremely poor. I would not recommend this company to anyone in need of home healthcare. They are completely unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!! Your response is a”cya” response. I got very few communication from the manager and they were all via text. Which means I have receipts.
