They are horrible they do return calls do not have assistance for emergency absent of elderly employees.

I honestly feel that giving this company one star is giving them too much credit. They are extremely unprofessional and very unorganized. Not only did Megan and Tamyra Tillman both lie about trying to contact me but they were not helpful at all on trying to resolve any issues with me getting managed care for my loved one when we needed them the most. They gravely lack empathy and dropped the ball when it came to helping me get the help for my loved one. Tamyra didn't reply to emails, respond to Voice-mails or return calls. In fact, she placed me on hold for 90 minutes at the end of her workday then completely ignored my emails when I tried to follow up with her. I feel as though they took our personal information for nothing and I would never refer their services to anyone. This has been a horrible experience.

My experience with Addus is less than 1 star but I can't provide a negative rating. If you have a choice on who to use as a care provider or employer, look elsewhere because they just do not have the competence to provide basic, common sense related customer service to their employees or clients.

Receptionist was extremely rude and seem to be put out by my asking to speak with healthcare and for their number.She Said a number that I didn’t pick it up the first time Due to the fact she said it rather quickly.I asked her to please repeat it,After a rather long loud sigh she repeated the number.I apologize that she had to repeat it she said is there anything else you want. Followed by another sigh.I informed her I was a nurse, when people call they’re needing assistance and for her to be a little bit kinder. People are going through a tough time. I was asked a second time is there anything else you want in a rather stern voice. I just said please be kinder to people which was followed by a dial tone.. 🙏
