Was having trouble getting my own documents from the ADP app and they literally didn’t wanna help treated me like I wasn’t just Employed there had to call HR just to get help!!!

I signed up for services through my supplemental insurance and Lifeline button. I like the service, I have a very nice young lady that comes and cleans once a week. I especially like that she does my trip to the laundromat for me. Never any problems with any part of the operation. But I think I like doing the stuff myself, it gives me something to do and a reason to get out of my easy chair. I haven't decided for sure yet, but I think I'm going to cancel and start doing my own care... never would have guessed that I'd miss cleaning. lol

My worker was awesome. She was very caring, compassionate,and did a great job at the task I asked her to do. At first it was very hard to get ahold of anyone at the office but that problem appears to be fixed. They never seem to have anyone available for fill-ins if your worker is absent. My only other complaint is that they never inform you when your worker is not going to be there. So I think management needs some help in certain areas. But I have been very happy with my worker. I would give my worker five stars.

If I could give less then one star I would. A company that dosent pay there employees and never provides the right size gloves. They have no care for anyone but themselves. My patient was left without a aid for months before they found anyone
