My mom has been in and out of the hospital frequently and has been in the hospital for the last 3 days. The nurses from the hospital said she should be in a nursing home and mom didn't feel safe going back home. Elm Heights was the one nursing home that we chose as we heard it's a good one. Now we know they are not a good nursing home when they turn her down. It made no sense to us why they would turn my mom down. It kind of sounded like a lack in staffing but who knows. We didn't understand there reasoning. It's pretty bad when they turn people down especially when they really need to have that quality of care and when they get to that point where they are not safe to live at home by themselves anymore.

Our close friend is living here and we're happy to spend time with her here. The staff is very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to ensure their residents are having their needs met. We enjoyed lunch and it was a very nice meal. We are glad that Rosemary is so content here.

Very clean, nurses are very attentive and nice, compassionate, considerate, and loving. The people who work in the other most important jobs that help in the operation of the facility are just as attentive, compassionate, considerate,loving,and nice.
