My sister with Dementia, who has recently passed, was cared for at Traditions Memory Care in Newton, Iowa. She had such excellent care physically and was treated with kindness, love, and dignity. She was truly valued as a person. As family members, our concerns were listened to and addressed kindly and quickly. The facility was exceptionally clean and everything was well kept. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We thank them from the bottom of our heart.

They said my grandma would have a hospice room in a week or two back in April and the room wouldn't of been ready actually in a long time so they lied to us and her birthday we were in then party room and the hallway stunk bad they need to take better care of the residents but to make it worse they put my grandma in a room that can only fit I person In the room to visit and she could only stay at a TV and a wall, this place is disappointing

Currently have roaches and bed bugs. Staff is allowing CNA's to work there that doesn't have their CNA license. Residents are suffering injury due to this. I'm so glad I don't have any family there!!
