My husband has services and I called for the number that helps with rides that their social worker gave me before. I left 2 messages and also talked to someone that said they would also email her and let her know I needed a call. Nobody ever called me back and I never got the number to help my husband. The next day I call back after I fell and got hurt outside and then my husband also fell trying to help me. Still no number. Staff is argumentative and rude!! I also asked if someone would help lift a bag of salt that weighs less than 50 pounds from my car to the porch so I could salt the sidewalk to avoid falls. I was told “ we won’t come salt your sidewalk and also from the nurse “ you have to be responsible” are you kidding me??!! First off I did not ask you to come salt my sidewalk and second of all you said your staff can’t lift over 50 pounds and the ice melt is less than that! Why can’t you help John avoid a fall? They were anxious and hoped that I would discharge John but I know he needs some services and the bath aid is great!! This place does not care at all for the patients it is supposed to be helping. The staff are rude and they do t got back to you when you have a question! They will argue with you and have 0 compassion when their patients is hurting. I called and reported his fall and was told” sorry about that hope he feels better” WTH!?? Why was I told to report any falls if that is all that’s said?
