We had a very good experience with AccuAid HOME Care recently. I needed home care to come into our apartment periodically to check on my husband while I was out of town. They were very responsible and caring. I will definitely use their service again.

My experience has been absolutely amazing, loving, caring, supportive & kind woman! I would definitely recommend Accu Aid to others!! The above mentioned was in regards to the sweet woman who cared for me! My name is Judy Longobricco. My experiences with Amber who heads this company has been far off of professional, pleasant & helpful! My first experience with Amber was the first woman she sent to me.She came in like she owned my house. She cussed like a truck driver, told me she is a sitter not a cleaner….went on & on. She said you watch & see….the next woman who comes here will say the same thing.I asked her why she was hanging on my island. She said she’s waiting for her son to pick her up. I asked her to wait outside. I contacted Amber told her the story. She got upset and said to me, “Why don’t you find another agency and ask for a white woman?!” I told her firmly that the color of her skin had nothing to do with it, etc. please don’t ever accuse me of being prejudice! You don’t even know me!” Then the last woman who was wonderful came & left for a better job. Amber has had since Thursday 4/23/26 to arrange for someone else to start next week. She told me it was my responsibility to contact the area manager! I did leave her a voicemail but I’m sure because I am the client that would be Amber’s responsibility! She’s very pushy, rude & unkind! I’m happy to not be dealing with her anymore, She’s a terrible person to manage a caregiver business!! No compassion!!

When we meet Amber, i loved that she started this business with her husband because they experienced a time where they needed help with their loved one. She was personal and professional in every way. She sent Mia to sit with mom. Mia came with a smile every day and joy in her heart even if her morning had been frazzled. Mia was wonderful to my mom in every way. I never felt uneasy leaving mom with her. Wonderful service

AccuAid Home Care has been a life saver for our family! My mother had always been so independent - staying at home was so important. This was all new to us - early Alzheimer’s/dementia is painful to watch. Michelle our caregiver has been one of the most patient, sweet and helpful people we could have asked to care for our mom. Amber the owner helped us every step of the way! I could call her night or day. 5 stars for sure.
