The company struggles with figuring out how to get time recorded for their employees if you care for more than one client. Every few months their system shuts down and then the employees just go without pay. Then when you call to ask for pay they promise things and don’t follow through. Sometimes a couple weeks and right now it took 2 months!!

They intentionally misinformed me so I'd sign paperwork to switch my care plan which caused me to from union to non-union. They intentionally screwed me out of raises and PTO. DONT WORK HERE EVER.

I have never had an issue. They always email back and take care of any issues. Upon reading some of the complaints on here, I would like to say that’s probably an issue on the other person’s party not Accra. I feel like people are angry because they didn’t get reimbursed. Starting to get paid back within a pay. Period well stuff takes time if you report stuff wrong. You don’t get paid on time if you turn stuff in at the end of a pay period you probably won’t get it till the next pay. Period I’ve cashed on my PTO many times and had it within two weeks. I made changes and they’ve always been done within two weeks all my expenses have always been paid.

Disappointing and Unprofessional Customer Service<br>I contacted Accra today and spoke with three different employees, including a representative from the HR department. Unfortunately, the interactions were incredibly disappointing. Every single person I spoke with seemed completely exhausted, entirely unmotivated, and unwilling to help.<br>It is incredibly frustrating to reach out for support and be met with a sleepy, indifferent attitude from multiple staff members across different departments. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and care. I hope management addresses this issue, as the current level of service is unacceptable.
