Wonderful facility and team!<br>My brother came to Accolade Healthcare of Waterloo when the hospital told us that he needed to go on hospice care. This facility was absolutely amazing for him. His final days were spent with wonderful people taking great care of him. From his caregiver aid to nursing to administration. Everyone was very attentive and helpful making his final days comfortable. Thank you so much to a wonderful team. We appreciate your care and love.

Coming to the realization that Memory care is had enough but then finding the right facility for a loved one is one of the most difficult and emotional decisions a family can make. From the moment we walked through the doors at Accolade @ Oak Hill we knew we had found a special place.<br><br>The staff consistently demonstrate genuine compassion, patience, and respect for every resident. They treat each person with dignity and kindness, taking the time to learn their individual needs, preferences, and life stories. Knowing that our loved one is cared for by people who truly care has brought our family tremendous peace of mind.<br><br>The facility is clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed to create a safe and comfortable environment. The activities are engaging and purposeful, helping residents remain active, social, and connected. We have been especially impressed by the communication from the staff, who keep families informed and involved every step of the way.<br><br>What stands out most is the love and dedication shown by everyone—from caregivers and nurses to activity coordinators and management. They don’t just provide care; they create a community where residents are valued and families feel supported.<br><br>We are deeply grateful for the exceptional care our loved one receives each day. Both of my Parents ended up at Accolade in Waterloo, Illinois for Rehab in Feb/Mar 2026. I would highly recommend this facility for so many reasons!! The staff (every single person myself or my parents had contact with) was amazing!! The Therapy really helped my 84 yo parents return to their home quickly. The rooms were nice, food was good! I was really impressed, as were my parents. We have had some experience with Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation and Accolade in Waterloo was by far the best experience! Would highly recommend !!

Accolade at Oak Hill is an amazing facility. The staff are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and truly care about the residents. The Administrator and Director of Nursing are both attentive, professional, and very knowledgeable. It’s clear they are dedicated to providing quality care and creating a positive environment. I would absolutely feel comfortable having my own family member here. Truly a top-notch facility.
