Horrible . They never answer the phone . Leave messages they don’t call back When the aide is out ? They automatically send another one without calling the client. My aunt is a 91 year old recently hospitalized with other health issues and when she came home they didn’t even sent a nurse in to see her ., All they was concerned about is getting paid . Definitely wanna get rid of this Agency. Waiting on my aunt to say so .. She loves her 2 aides. She has been with Alliance which changed to Accent Care .. Alliance was better.. Also they change coordinators to much and never tells the clients

As the daughter of a frail and elderly 93 year old mom, i am so thankful for the support granted to my mom and me. For past 13 years the agency your coordinators and aides ensure that my mom is treated with respect and dignity. Your high quality and excellent patient care has given me the support i need as i am her only child. ACCENT CARE and i have built a strong family relationship that my mother and i depend on each and every day. Without your services, i honestly could not give her all the love and care i give her as you are my right hand! I thank you all with all my heart and soul and i am so thankful for all you do. I highly recommend the agency to family members to get the support we all need when caring for a loved one.

I am my mom’s representative and I work closely with her coordinator Jailene. My mom receives Homeattendant care from Accent and I am very happy with the care. Jailene is very supportive and understanding and communicates with me when a replacement is needed! She also makes periodic wellness check up on us and on how services are going. I also wanted to add that I am grateful that updates were done to your phone system. I can leave messages and Jailene returns my calls. I started with Billy two years ago and he was very helpful. However, your phone system was not working well and it was so so difficult getting through to leave a message. Please leave Jailene permanently as mom’s coordinator! Thank you so much !

Accent care has been actually wonderful phenomenal but now even better that Mr. Billy is in charge of Scheduling and coordinating the Home attendant schedules. I am also very happy and very satisfied with his communication Initiative to contact the patients family to make sure that have all our questions answered on a timely fashion thank you very much for your help and effort.
