This rehab nearly killed my dad. Don't send your loved one here! Not to get into too much detail, He was only there for 3 days he called in the early morning hours asking for help he couldn't breathe. He didn't even have a working call bell to call the nursing staff. For 3 days we complained about that! They refused to call an ambulance. I went the next day after the night nursing staffed laughed at me on the phone and told them to call an ambulance. They refused. Stating he was fine. Well, he wasn't. He was admitted to Holy Redeemer hospital with a CO2 level of 150 and his heart was in AFIB. This facility and its staff are not equipped or trained to care for anyone.

I saw older reviews were very negative, some newer reviews were better - they lied. This is the pits! You walk in and the lobby and Admin office are fresh paint, high tech. But, My brother was in B corridor - Rehab, you can smell the stale urine as soon as you open the door. They had 3 patients in 1 room, skinny hospital beds with no guardrails. The bathroom had an adjoining door for the next room - SIX patients sharing ONE Bathroom? My brother did not feel safe, we got him out of there the same day. Maybe the nursing home rooms in Corridor A are better, but definitely don't send your loved ones here for rehab.

My husband stayed for rehab after a hospital stay. The facility was beautiful and clean. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful, patient and kind. Liz and Jobin Matthews went above and beyond to help me and my husband, I will never forget their kindness and hard work. I would recommend this facility to others. Thank you to everyone.
