ACC Maple Tree Village is the newest ACC Senior Services community providing Senior Living: Assisted Living and Memory Care services to older adults in the greater Sacramento, California region. With state of the art design and a focus on accessibility, Maple Tree Village minimizes the daily struggle for activities of daily life and safety barriers found in a traditional home, leaving residents with more time and energy for social engagement with friends.
The completion of this project was another step in our mission to provide a continuum of care in a family-oriented, culturally-sensitive environment. The goal of ACC is to maintain a sense of community and independence while offering the additional level of help needed, including 24-hour care and assistance.
Residents enjoy beautifully landscaped courtyards and roof top entertaining decks along with family style meal choices and a full social calendar. At Maple Tree Village we offer you options, Senior Living Your Way!
Be safe and feel at home with ACC’s signature family atmosphere. Each resident’s personalized care plan is unique and custom built to their particular needs. An a-la-carte care schedule allows residents to age-in-place with the care and support that matches today’s needs and anything tomorrow may bring.
Memory Care Neighborhood
Maple Tree Village features a specialized neighborhood of 30 apartments supporting those with memory loss and various forms of dementia. Focusing on person-centered care, Maple Tree Village utilizes the “best friends approach” focusing on the key elements of respect, empathy, support, trust and humor.
In our supportive and safe environment, residents have their own private accommodations with indoor/outdoor living along with easy to navigate activity and dining spaces throughout the neighborhood.
Featuring it’s own Spa room, fully landscaped outdoor courtyard with walking paths, raised flower gardens, therapeutic water feature, two fully equipped living rooms with large screen televisions and life enrichment stations throughout the neighborhood to engage residents personal expression.
