Went to visit the facility as no one gave us a call back about doing a walk through. When we arrived the individual up front spoke with us after a phone call and we asked to do a walk through as it was visiting hours. They said they had to call admin (which was understandable) however said that my sifignificant other was much younger than what they take. My partner is a 40 year old male. Where as this facility has nothing on their website about being a 55+ facility and was referred to us from the insurance and social worker from the hospital. The age discrimination here was unreal. We were then asked to fill out a "more information form" after the receptionist snickered on the phone to the admin who wouldn't see us due to my partner being "significantly" younger. They also said they only take people 60 or older. Again would have loved to have had my partner stay here as it seemed to be a well kept and clean facility however the age discretionary comment was off putting and highly unprofessional

The WORST service. It takes well over a month to see them, even with needing to follow up after going to the ER.<br>They have TERRIBLE service, will intentionally cancel appointments on you as well and lie about it even after they gave you the appointment reminder card that THEY filled out. Choose any other doctors office!!!

Excellent care center, very clean. All staffs work as a team and try very hard to take care of my family member who has been living there for the past 10 months. Kudos to all, receptionist, chef, kitchen staff, social service, activity and physical therapy staff, CNA, LVN, cleaning and laundry staff.
