This is a very desirable place to live for seniors. It’s right next to a beautiful park with a nice community center for everyone. The weather is nice. Location is ideal, close to downtown. Here in the facility itself, it’s just like living in a big family. Everyone is so friendly. The workers in all departments are so helpful in every way, always doing their best. They always try to find a better way to solve problems. Highly recommended for people looking for a good senior living facility.

The services listed on the website are not offered at this location. The rent continues to increase, while services decrease. Repairs have taken nearly a year to get completed in her room and aren't done well when they’re finally fixed. All they do now is show movies, but the tv has been broken for quite a while so they don't even get that every day. The van was out of service for months so the residents didn't get taken out and they fixed the van but now claim they don't have the staff to take the residents out, or take them to a large grocery store occasionally but give them 30 minutes only to shop. Management and concierge staff have been inconsistent, frequently changing or positions a being left unfilled and management has been very difficult to reach and doesn't seem to be doing g anything to help the situation. Resident care is suffering terribly! I don't know if the other facilities are any better, but this one has gone downhill fast in the last year or so and it's not fair to the residents. I would not recommend it to anyone who needs socialization, structured activities, or support with any kind of transportation. These things have not been offered in a long time despite complaints from residents and loved ones. I'd love to speak with someone in corporate about it, since management has been no help, but the website is no help for that either. Very disappointed with their services.

The place is amazing. My sister’s first day was today. I’m sure she will enjoy it. Tour guide Richard was very thorough explaining all the features that Pacifica Senior Living offers. Location is ideal for one to go on a stroll through the park, to go downtown, and to do local shopping. Their Staff have this is been so helpful in making one feel at home. I highly recommend this establishment.

What a great experience in a stressful time. Needed to arrange to move a family member to assisted living. We toured with Ruth, on a Saturday and enjoyed everything, especially the scones. From there the next week it was a Yes, and we moved in a week later. In following up with my family member, the calm in the voice and happiness is priceless. The stress is gone, and I look forward to a great relationship with all the staff. They made my family member feel welcome from the moment we walked in. I've seen other facilities in the area and appreciate all that they have done for us.

Atria Burlingame has been wonderful to my mother who has lived there for the past 2 years on the Alzheimer’s floor. The staff give their residents on this floor lots of attention and they communicate with the family on a regular basis. My mother loves her room, the caregivers and the food. I especially like the boutique hotel atmosphere. They do everything they can to accommodate everyone’s special needs and requests. A lot of larger facilities are unable to provide special requests. The staff on the Alzheimer’s floor have many many years of experience and it shows! Also five stars to the activities director!!!
